A unique combination of massage (whichever you would like), Wellbeing coaching and 1, 2 and 3 minute relaxation videos to watch on their own or combine with some simple breathing techniques between sessions, designed to support daily positive habits.
Therapy sessions are bespoke to each client and can include advice on a range of aspects of wellbeing, holistic health and after care. You can choose from 30 mins/ 1 hour/ 1 1/2 hours for each treatment at a time that suits your needs and in the comfort of your own home.
I am a firm believer in evidence based health hacks/ therapies and do not lecture clients, rather focusing on activities and personal goals that inspire and motivate.
