A simple breathing technique when your mind is feeling erratic or racing is to breathe in through the nose and slowly and gently out through the mouth, like you are blowing a candle out a foot away from you.
This video suits a body scan, if you imagine your body gently sinking as the image does. You could start by relaxing your feet, moving up the legs, the gluts, lower back, mid back, upper back, neck and shoulders. Down through the stomach, chest, arms and finally the head, scalp and face.
